The weekend was filled with a kaleidoscope of emotions and experiences. Beauty, pain, joy and laughter swirled and twirled, bringing to life a stunning myriad of colors.

I did it!  I'd made it through 2014, laid out my plan and headed into 2015's new journey, on a new road, with a new destination in mind.  Of course, when we make plans ....

It was a cold, wet, snowy, and blustery Sunday afternoon in early December, 2012.  My husband and I were running errands at a local mega-warehouse in search of our daily necessities. 

God keeps His promises and works in mysterious ways.  When it happens to others, I smile and nod in affirmation.  When it happens to me...  Well, that's different....  I've got a lot of questions....

It only makes sense....  After all, "Dog" is God spelled backwards....  She's been with us for over eight years.  I have no idea where I would be without her.

We'd been married about 18 months and just moved to a new community with our dog and two cats.  We thought we'd found a new church home and invited our potential new pastor to visit.  It was a night to remember - and YES - it's a true story!!
